Nanny Needed In Scottsdale- Unique Schedule

We are looking for a career nanny to take care of our newborn (will be 3 months) starting in January. Nanny will be responsible for the baby M-F 8-4:30p. We are looking for a nanny that can take on a unique schedule working 7 days in a row then off for 7 days. During the week M-F while watching the baby the pay range will be $28-32 DOE. On Sat and Sun time will be 9-3p and nanny will still be mostly responsible for the baby but the other two kids age 5 and 3 will be home and pay will be $30-35 DOE for an average of 30hr/week. Will know schedule ahead of time, about 2 months in advanced. Husband works out of home M-F, other kids (5&3) are at school and I work out of the house. Will pay for CPR certification, background check, need clean driving record. Will be paid with W2. PTO/ sick days negotiable. We also have a very friendly cat!!
