We are looking for a great babysitter for 3 children in Scottsdale. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who is comfortable with pets and who has college degree. -Must be punctual and reliable. Must be highly organized and structured Must be very task oriented, able to multi-task and balance -Should be kind, loving, and empathetic to the children's needs. -Must be a positive role model for the children. -Should be comfortable having family members in and out of the home during the day. -Should have a good understanding of house management/family assisting and at least 3 years of experience working with multiple children.
