We need a babysitter for my 4 stepchildren in Prescott Valley for the summer, and just on Fridays for around 7 hours, and we're looking getting a head start on finding someone now. Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities as well as some occasional structured time. I work from home so I would always be on the premises. The kids are incredibly easy to manage and have a lot of respect and love for adults in authority. The oldest is 11, the second is 9, the 3d is 7 and the youngest is 4, with some occasional potty help needed with her. If you enjoy anything crafty they will be ecstatic. They are excited about creating fairy gardens and baking, gardening, and some easy wood working. We like to keep them busy and try not to do a ton of screen time. The oldest is sharp and will serve to be your right hand.
