Flexible Nanny Needed

About the job

I am seeking a highly scheduling-flexible, kind, and gentle nanny who can pick up my daughter from school at 12pm, and spend time with her until 5:30pm, on 2-3 weekdays per week. The caveat/flexibility requirement is: I have 50/50 custody of my daughter, and our schedule rotates: 2-3 weekdays every week in what is called a "2-2-3" schedule. This means that one week I will need help M/T/F, and the next week, W/TH, with occasional deviations depending on schedule adjustments. I will always know deviations in advance and can guarantee the minimum 10 hours per week. There would also be opportunity for evening babysitting, if desired.
