Nanny Needed For My Baby In Phoenix Starting May/June 2026

We are expecting our baby girl Feb 2026. We would like to have nanny start sometime in May 2026. Baby will be 3-4 months at that time. We are both physicians and work odd and unpredictable days/hours that vary week/monthly. We usually get our schedule 2-3 months in advance. Generally will need care from 6/7am-3/7 p.m. Weekend coverage would be great but not necessary. No expectations to cook. Feel free to eat lunch/dinner with the family. Just cleaning after self around the home as appropriate for the day. We will have my mother staying with us who is Vietnamese speaking mostly. We also have two large dogs who are friendly. We live in Desert Ridge. We would hope to have a 1-1. 5 year commitment. Thank you Thank you
