Looking For A Long-term Full-time Nanny For Toddler

We are looking for a long-term full-time nanny for our 20-month-old daughter. Both my husband and I work from home and need someone who can entertain her and take her out for activities so we can fully focus on work. We are expecting baby #2 in December so I will be taking maternity leave for some time and once I return to work, we will need help with baby as well! In addition to childcare (which comes first and foremost), some tidying up would be ideal and meal prepping for toddler as well. We also have two cats so being comfortable with animals is a must (although they mainly keep to themselves)!
