Part-Time Nanny For 5-Month-Old (Infant Experience Required)

Hi there, I'm trying to be a little more detail on our needs to hopefully find a good fit :) I'm Shay first time mom to a beautiful almost five month daughter. We are in need of a nanny/sitter for Mondays. 8am-5pm, with potential for more days a week. We are still trying to navigate a routine and let our mothers be grandmas vs caretakers. If it's a good fit we will probably add another day or two a week. That being said, we both work from home so needing that extra care and hands would be a relief! We also have three dogs and a cat. We do put them away during nap times :) I'm new to this so would really appreciate someone experienced, and stable. As we are looking for someone who can assist for years, and to grow up with our little one.
