Nanny Needed For My 8 YO Daughter In Phoenix.

I am looking for a great babysitter for my 8-year-old (3rd grade) daughter in Phoenix. I would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. I would prefer a babysitter who has their own car and who does not smoke. I have my daughter 50 percent of the time and my new work schedule is in the office M-F 0700-1500. I might get some flexibility with my schedule, but I'm unsure right now so I'm looking for options from 10-15 hours a week potentially. My daughter is a very caring and sweet kid. She would just enjoy having someone else around that she could show her arts and crafts and science projects to. I would also prefer someone who can do some light meal prepping/cooking from time to time.
