A takes medication daily in the morning before breakfast for her thyroid. 1 pill. I give it to her directly in her mouth and she chews it. The girls usually wake up around 7/8 a.m. Will have breakfast around 8:30/9::30. Lunch around 12 p.m. Snack around 2/2:30. Dinner around 5/6 p.m.
