warm, busy family of 7--mom, dad, and 5 kids 11, 11, 7, 7, 1. You will spend the majority of your time with our 7-year-old twin boys. You'll never be alone with five kids. We have a lot of support in our house for all the kids. Replacing our current Au Pair as her two years is coming to an end. Older kids are mostly out of the house. They need rides to/ from places, but will not need hands-on care. The baby has her own nanny. Our 7-year-old twin boys are a lot of fun, energetic, caring, imaginative, and creative. They love legos as well as baseball, soccer and basketball. They thrives with calm routines, structure, and positive reinforcement. Your day would be split shift. Helping in the morning to get them to get them ready for school and again in the afternoon/ picking them up, going to activities, helping with homework (in Spanish)
