Full-Time Nanny / Postpartum Support – Phoenix, AZ We are first-time parents expecting our newborn in November and seeking an experienced, compassionate nanny to provide newborn and postpartum support. Dad is a pilot with a variable schedule, and Mom will need extra help during recovery. Duties include full-time newborn care (feeding, changing, comforting, routine support), night nanny coverage, and light housework (laundry, meal prep, tidying) beyond just baby tasks. Flexibility is key, as hours will include some overnights and may shift as the baby grows. CPR/infant first aid required; strong references preferred.
