He is an infant, he is very active and requires constant entertainment. I expect when he cries that you pick him up and soothe him, we do not do cry it out methods. I prefer hands on care, where you actively interact with him and not just set him up with toys or an activity and walk away. His daily routine is pretty simple, care provider would arrive mid morning after breakfast and wake/dressing is taken care of, they would put him down for nap, feed lunch, afternoon nap, and care wouldnt be needed in the evening so the day would be over! We do allow some screen time, he loves noise toys, being outside, and walking in his walker but is close to walking on his own. I would be work from home, so I will still be in the home if needed, however unable to attend to my childs every needs, which is the reason for looking into care.
