Full-Time Nanny For 8-Month-Old (6 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off); Spanish-speaking Preferred

Seeking a reliable, patient, and adaptable nanny to join us in January. Spanish-speaking preferred. Our son is in the 99th percentile and the nursery is upstairs; you must be physically capable of carrying him up/down stairs safely. Responsibilities include developmental play (crawling/walking), and solids, cleaning baby's area, bottles, and changes as needed. Patience and a comfort level with soothing a teething baby are absolute musts. We strive to maintain a regular feed, play, and sleep schedule, but we need someone with the flexibility to adapt when the routine changes. Naps are challenging and very disruptive; experience with nap transitions and following parents' lead is essential. Mom works from home and we have a hypoallergenic dog - must be comfortable working collaboratively in a shared space and in a home with a dog.
