Part Time Nanny Needed For Easy Going Toddler

I work from home full time, however I am unable to watch my almost 2-year-old toddler while I'm working. He is a very easy going toddler. I need someone who can get him up and dressed, feed him breakfast and lunch, and then put him down for his nap. He loves going outside and he loves coloring. He is a bit speech delayed and we would love if you would be willing to practice speaking with him. We are looking for a long term nanny, however, the days may fluctuate some weeks as my husband does not have a set schedule sometimes. We are also against corporal punishment and believe strongly in natural and correlated consequences/the authoritative parenting style. We do have a dog who may seem scary at first since he is a large breed and barks at every new person, however, once he gets to know you, he won't want to leave your side.
