Looking For A Nanny For A Newborn In May

Hi there! I have an almost 3-year-old and will be having a new born in February, but looking for a nanny in May when I go back to work. I primarily work from home and I don't really have set hours, but I'm looking for someone to help out 2-3 days a week about 4-6 hours a day for the new born. I won't need much help with the older one since she's in daycare, but her daycare is closed on holidays and I may need help with her then. I do prefer someone who is comfortable working with infants, bottle feeding, diaper changes, light house keeping etc. in terms of housekeeping, I would appreciate someone who does what needs to be done rather being told (dishes, picking up toys, washing bottles, taking out the trash etc). Lastly, I'm looking for someone with a bit more experience than taking care of younger siblings, and is comfortable dealing with infants, I look forward to meeting you!
