About the job
Care for a baby who will be around 4 months old at the start of care. Play with baby and encourage developmental milestones through activities like tummy time, etc. Help with sleep by communicating with mom regarding nap schedule, holding and rocking baby if a nap ends early, etc. Mom will nurse as much as possible but help with bottle feeding if Mom is not available. Help with feeding solids (Mom can prepare and plan food) when baby is around 6 months old.
