Nanny Needed For Toddler

Hi! Looking for a Montessori-style nanny to look after my 15-month-old part time. We want to emphasize outdoor play, arts and crafts, reading, cooking/eating, language and skill development. No screens! Looking for someone who is professional, responsible, and who will help prepare simple toddler meals / light housework to keep the space tidy. Hours are negotiable! My work is semi-flexible, but once we settle on a schedule I want it to stay as consistent as possible so I can still schedule meetings and have predictable and productive work days. Looking for 20+ hours per week.
