Looking for part-time child-care support for two young girls (8 months and almost 2 years old) on recurring Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. while the parent is at work. We are seeking someone who is warm, patient, and reliable. Responsibilities include age-appropriate care such as feeding, diapering, naptime routines, and structured play. During naptimes, light household support (simple meal prep or tidying related to the children) is appreciated. This childcare support is to ensure smooth, consistent care during work hours and to support the existing routine the grandparents already provide. Our goal is to maintain a predictable, nurturing routine for both girls each Friday. Parent often arrives home early on Fridays and is open to a set rate even when the day ends early. No care is needed the day after Christmas or New Year's.
