Looking For In-home Nanny, 3 Year Old And 5 Month Old

We have two children, one toddler and one infant. Looking for someone to come into our home to look after them Monday thru Friday (hours and pay are negotiable) I work from home. I would be home in my office, as my job is too demanding for me to look after them myself. Looking for someone with good energy who will love on my children as their own. Structure, respectfulness, showing compassion and gratitude, honesty, responsibility and hard work are important to our family. We use a Montessori learning approach and have an eager to learn toddler. Playing outside, going on walks, reading, and coloring. The baby needs support with learning basic skills as he is young. Ability to balance responsibility between the two children. We have a basic schedule, but the ability to direct activities to keep both children entertained. No pets
