We have two little munchkins and are looking for supplemental help. We have a nanny who is with us three days a week, but are looking to add someone into the rotation for additional days/evenings/weekends - way down the road, there may be occasional overnight options as well. About us - our little nugget is 5 months and pretty chill. He sleeps through the night, is a strong napper and super happy - I mean, really chill and happy. Our oldest is three and a half with a lot of spunk. She is very active around the house, good imagination, and down to play. She is great with the baby. My father in law lives with us, but keeps to himself, joins for meals and teases the kiddos. Father in law smokes but outside only. Dad is a stay at home parent and mom works outside the home and a little travel. Our current nanny knows we are looking
