M-Th Nanny Needed For Newborn In Fayetteville

First time mom seeking childcare once maternity leave ends, tentatively 10/1/24 based on current due date (subject to change). The schedule would be 7:30AM-5:00 p.m. with potential adjustments, M-Th. Looking for someone who doesn't mind pets as we've got 4 cats & 2 dogs, although you won't be responsible for caring for them during your hours (you're welcome to play with them if you want to, they're all friendly). Light house-keeping would be incredibly helpful. I don't have too many expectations, but would feel best with someone who has experience caring for newborns/infants, and has a CPR certification. Early childhood education experience is a plus. Willing to pay up to $20. Just want to know my baby will be well cared for by someone nurturing, kind and attentive as this is an extremely difficult transition for mom and dad.
