I have a sporadic schedule and my wife works a rigorous schedule Monday-Friday 730AM-5 p.m. so the hours of needs would never be outside that time frame. I need someone with flexibility because sometimes I am available to start my day later and sometimes my hours align with my wifes. The days of need are every other Monday and every Wednesday. The most important thing about our daughters care is attentiveness and that she is learning. We do have dogs in our home but they would be contained during care.
