In this position you will keep a watchful eye on my children at all times. This includes monitoring their activities. Please have a game plan on what you would do if an emergency arose and talk it over with me. Communication is key and I would like for you to keep me informed on any issues that arise. Being reliable is an essential part of the profession. A nurturing relationship with the children is a must and I look forward to working with you.
