My oldest child has Autism therefore occasionally with have melt downs. His calming techniques include removing himself from situation, music & counting to 10. For the most part he is a pretty relaxed child does need occasional reminders to think about his choices. My youngest as long as he is fed & either has something to build or his tablet does fine.
