Nanny Needed - Starting Off Slow Would Shift Into Full Time Depending On How Things Go

Hello- I have 3 children. My two oldest daughters are pretty self sufficient. They tend and help with their young brother. Typically they watch, play, and feed him. They just need an adult supervising them. They have a routine and it works well- we are very family oriented people so we have to all play a roll. I'm looking for a nanny I could build a relationship with and also grow with us a family. So I have it listed as one night and then would like to build trust and flow into full time. My husband and I are very busy people and would love to add someone that we could build a good relationship w us and our kids.
