I am a certified level 2 provider. I have 2 children of my own and love kids. I provide one on one learning for pre-k with my older children, and provide age appropriate play for infants. I work strongly with letter, color, shapes, animal and other recognition. I am part of the local nutrition program and will provide each child with balanced meals and snacks. I provide transportation for school age children. I am also part of the Colorado Shines program and am continuing my courses. We take regular trips to the library for music and movement and story times. We also take trips to the park, however, I have a large fenced back yard, so there is lots of room for outdoor play here as well! I have a strong background in music. The children will do lots with rhythm and making music. We sit by the piano and learn as well as sing lots of songs. I believe there is too much technology for young children in this day in age, so there is zero technology time in my home. There will not be screen time in my daily lesson plans for the children. They may get 1-2 videos per year (ie: snoopy's Thanksgiving or something like that). I look forward to meeting your family and helping your child learn!
