There is only two of us and we are elderly difficult to lift certain things. floors are wood throughout and are easy to maintain. three dogs, 2 small one med. All friendly. The house is two stories, only 4 8x10 area rugs to vacuum. I definitely want the same individual for all things. My last housekeeper worked for me for 11 years and had to quit recently because of cancer, so I would like to be able to stay with one for as long as possible. We have always been fortunate to establish a trusting and mutually appreciative relationship and would like to be able to develop this again.

We have a new build home and have lived there less than two months. We have two dogs (one small, one medium). There are two of us and we keep things pretty tidy but would love someone to spend 2-3 hours vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms. We will supply everything. The house is 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but we really only use two of each and one of the bedrooms is an office were only in two days a week.
