Seeking care for my father in his 80s. Services needed: companionship, bathing / dressing, feeding, meal preparation, medication prompting, help staying physically active, mobility assistance, transportation, light housekeeping. Looking for someone with 3+ years of experience caring for seniors. Specialized care needs: support for chronic illness, support for memory care. A little more about my father: he can be anxious, lethargic, pleasant, grouchy, independent. Parkinson's for over 15 years. I'm looking for someone who is patient, quiet, firm, strong, fond of pets. Someone who can be a live in situation. Will split duties with another care giver already in residence. Will have time off and must be able to comply with covid restrictions. Caregiver should understand that in the overnight he may need assistance and be willing to provide such service. Shifts will be split days and nights. Equal amount of time off and equal amount of time on. Must be willing to be flexible and be able to live on premises.
