To add my own description to the generated one, I have a large home and a bad back. The listing is for a 2900 Sq. Ft home with 4 bed/3. 5 bath but, 2 of the bedrooms are not used and 1. 5 of the bathrooms are rarely used so the upkeep in those areas will be minimal if any. This also extends to the dining room and living room, that will mostly just be dusting. I do have 3 dogs. They are not aggressive but that being said until they are comfortable with someone they bark and howl. This will go on for awhile but I can keep them sequestered away if needed. Also I need help organizing some things that got out of hand.
