Luann has cleaned our vacation home a few times now and she has done a fantastic job! She arrives on time, goes above and beyond with cleaning and organizing, she's very professional and kind, and communicates very well if she has any questions or concerns while in your home. On one occasion we were unable to remotely turn on our alarm. She was almost home and turned around, drove back to our house and manually turned on our alarm and locked our front door for us. She is definitely a very diligent and caring person. I can't say enough good things!
