Karen was a Caregiver for my mother in law for a few years on a part time basis. She's very smart, knowledgeable and has an extensive medical background. She's patient, caring and personable. She always goes up and beyond whats expected of her and is very organized. She had created a medication chart for the family and consistently wrote down notes of any health changes to communicate with doctors. She showed great patience and adapted very well to my MIL's health daily needs and health changes. She's reliable, dependable and a great communicator. She tries the best she can to accommodate what days and hours you need. Overall Karen is a very pleasant woman with a big heart! She's a people person and it's evident she enjoys what she does. Our entire family adored her. I highly recommend Karen to care for your loved one.
