As a tutor, I have worked mostly with high school students in lower grade levels than myself. I was an honors/AP/IB student all through highschool and graduated in the top quarter of my 600+ person class. On top of taking my academics very seriously, I spent a great majority of my time in the performing arts building of my school. Having said all of this, the subjects I have experience in tutoring are math (Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, and SAT focused), Spanish at the beginning to intermediate level, Chemistry, Biology, and Music Theory. I have also taken the following AP or IB exams and would be happy to help study for them: AP European History, AP Music Theory, AP English Language, IB Math SL, AP English Literature, IB English HL, IB Theatre HL, and IB Music HL. I am also open to tutoring for SAT and ACT preparation. My personal scores for these exams are available upon request.
NOTE: I do not currently have a car but am comfortable riding a bike, using public transportation, walking, or receiving a ride from a friend or family member. I am an out-of-state university student living in Fullerton, but will move to Honolulu on August 17th and live on campus.
