We are looking for a great babysitter for 3 children in Texas. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and homework help. We would prefer a babysitter who does not smoke and who is CPR certified.

About who needs care: No underlying conditions. Reads books. Visits with people. Watches TV. Goes to Church. Breakfast, visit with family, lunch, nap, talk on phone, dinner, watch tv. Also hair appointment once a week; and weekly prayer meeting at her house on Tuesday. About the care needs: Not easily intimated. Firm; thick-skinned. Good grammar. Good sense of humor. Patient. Not sure about specialized skills. She needs assistance walking. She appreciates those who Read, watch tv, and needlepoint, as well as people who have faith in God and enjoy politics and understand history. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

We have a family dog who is 7 years old. She keeps to herself during the day and likes to go outside a few times. Our 1. 5-year-old is an active girl who loves to play outside or with her toys. She takes 1 nap a day for 2 hours between 11-12 p.m. I work part time in the office and part time at home. Occasionally, I need someone to watch her during the work week when someone is out sick and I need to be in the office.

About who needs care: Older adult with dementia, requires occasional transportation services to/from assisted living facility to bank, mall and their home in the community. Transportation provider needs to be able to monitor older adult for the duration of the trips, due to patient having a history of cognitive problems, including dementia. Although unlikely, driver must be able to contact Primary contact (daughter in-law) for details and assistance if patient were to become disoriented or experience a fall. Services needed include: transportation.

My husband and I work Monday through Friday. We are looking for someone to love our children as we do. We are looking for someone who is reliable, patient, and nurturing. Our son is 2 years old, and we are expecting our second child. We are willing to be flexible, and we understand if time needs to be taken off.
