Spend half the day at Hudson Table's Cooking Camp (separate registration and payment required) and half the day with us! At Hudson Table campers will be making fun edible experiments like fizzy sherbet and edible slime, alongside lunch each day. Campers will learn proper knife skills (with child-friendly knives), proper baking technique, and have fun while doing it! New foods introduced each day, and techniques to allow campers to help in the kitchen at home! Campers will make snack, lunch and dessert each day. Sign up with Hudson Table Morning Session drop off at 9 am 1403 Clinton Street, pick up 4 pm 1012 Grand Street (with optional aftercare as late as 6 pm). Sign up with Swim Morning Session drop off at 9 am 1012 Grand Street (with optional precare as early as 8 am), pick up 4 pm 1403 Clinton Street. We spend the first and last hour of the day inside doing arts and crafts, STEM projects, and indoor sports such bowling and ping pong. The rest of the morning and afternoon we are outdoors doing field games and traditional activities utilizing local area parks. Swim days are planned to be Tuesdays and Thursdays each week during the morning session. We are open rain or shine, during inclement weather and poor air quality days we spend more time inside doing crafts, indoor sports and other activities. Hot lunch and healthy snacks are included.
