This program is designed to build a strong basketball foundation through intentional coaching and purposeful development. We go beyond basic drills to teach athletes how to move correctly, understand the game, and build skills that translate to real competition. Our coaching approach focuses on mechanics first, confidence second, and game application always. Athletes are taught proper footwork, body control, shooting form, and ball-handling fundamentals in a way that builds long-term success instead of short-term habits. Every session is structured, progressive, and age-appropriate, giving young athletes both the technical skills and the basketball IQ needed to grow in the game. Program Highlights: Fundamental Skill Development: Each week builds core basketball abilities such as dribbling, shooting, passing, footwork, and finishing. Proper Mechanics: We use age-appropriate basketballs and hoop heights to teach correct shooting form, strong ball-handling habits, and efficient movement patterns. Basketball IQ: Players learn spacing, decision-making, court awareness, and how to play with purpose, not just run through drills. Game Simulation: Live reps, small-sided games, and controlled competition help athletes apply skills in real game situations. Growth Mindset and Character: We emphasize focus, effort, accountability, teamwork, and sportsmanship so athletes develop on and off the court. Confidence Through Repetition: Athletes are coached to build real skill through proper technique and quality repetitions, not rushed or sloppy play. This program sets young athletes up for long-term success by teaching the game the right way from the start. When your children are out of school, join us for sports-filled FUN at our award-winning camp! This is your chance to get a taste of our Summer Sports Camp! Don't miss out, stop on by to find out why we were winners of the 2022, 2023, and 2024 Best of Georgia Sports Camps award! Our coaches teach basic fundamentals of a wide variety of sports and then assist and supervise as our campers compete in an organized and safe setting! Best of all, the unpredictable weather will never be a factor because we have an awesome indoor space, with turf field, and basketball courts! We play sports like Dodgeball, Soccer, Flag Football, Basketball, Hockey, Capture the Flag, Kickball, and more! We have something for everyone and encourage all children to be active! Be sure to bring: Athletic/comfortable clothes Closed toe sneakers Water bottle Two Snacks AND a Lunch Terms and Conditions of Enrollment By registering and submitting payment, the parent/guardian agrees to the following policies: Refund Policy -- Refunds are only available if requested at least 7 days before the camp start date. All refunds are subject to a $35 per full day / $20 per half day, per day enrolled transaction fee. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the camp start date for any reason. Medical refund requests after the 7-day window may be considered with a doctor’s note, but approval is not guaranteed and fees still apply. Missed Days -- No refunds, credits, or make-up days are offered for missed days for any reason. Registrations are non-transferable to other weeks or other participants. Drop-Off Policy -- This is a drop-off only camp. Parents/guardians may not stay or observe during camp hours unless approved by the Camp Director. Late Pickup Policy -- Pickup is required no later than 3:05 PM. Late pickups will be charged a $10 late fee plus $1 per minute per child after 3:05 PM. Repeated late pickups may result in dismissal from camp without refund.
