Gymnastics Classes in Deerfield, IL

FLAG FOOTBALL 4 GIRLS will take place outdoors at Rochelle Zell High School in Deerfield, IL. Participants will be divided into teams by grade, so please select your child’s grade at registration. This program is designed especially for girls and focuses on learning the fundamentals of flag football in a fun, supportive environment. Sessions will include skill-building drills, conditioning, teamwork activities, scrimmages, and game play, all tailored to each age group. Whether your child is brand new to football or has played before, she’ll build confidence, improve athletic skills, and make new friends. The program is proudly run by Hi-Five Sports and Shine On Sports for Girls, whose experienced coaches emphasize sportsmanship, inclusion, and having fun while learning the game. 🏈 Program Goals: Our focus is on skill development, teamwork, and fun! Coaches will teach fundamental football skills through drills and scrimmages. No refunds or credits, make-up classes only! The only time to drop the class will be when the first session ends in December 2026. If you do not drop then you will be automatically re-enrolled for January-May 2027.
