This delicious week is back by popular demand! Your artist will create delightful 2D and 3D art projects inspired by some of our favorite sweets: popcorn, gum balls, cupcakes, cookies, and ice cream (just to name a few). Does your child love books and storytelling? This week, we'll be using children's stories to inspire our artwork. With a different book each day, kids will create art that explores the connection between books, storytelling, and art. As they unleash their imagination and create their own unique interpretations and artwork, projects might include a mix of drawing, painting, sculpture, and more! This week we will experiment with materials such as paint, model magic, and paper marbling - and let our imagination run wild! This week is sure to delight the adventurous artist! Calling all young artists to join Art Club! Art club is many things...It's a creative space bursting with the supplies and materials artists use to make beautiful art. It's a learning place teaching skills in drawing, painting, sculpting, collage, clay and more! It's a nurturing community encouraging friendships and camaraderie as we create art together. Studio on the Common has partnered with the Winchester Chapter of the PMC Kids Ride to raise money and awareness for the ride! Come have a blast painting your own plate with Miss Cherry! You get to keep your plate and use it with pride, knowing you helped raise money for the upcoming Winchester PMC Kid's Ride to benefit Dana Farber. So come get your art on and help us Create Good! This event is limited to 12 attendees. All proceeds will be donated to the PMC Kids Ride.
