CLASS DAYS/TIMES: Wed. 3:15-5:15pm GRADES: TK-5th MARK THESE DATES: Jan 14 - May 27 (No Class- April 1 & 8) 2-3 Performances the weekend of May 29/30 TUITION: $525 Tuition + $50 materials fee (towards costumes, props & sets) Students will get to keep costumes BRING/WEAR: Dress comfy and wear tennis shoes. Funky Divas & Dudes is an established after-school enrichment program offering high-energy dance, cheerleading, and now musical theater productions for elementary schools throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, and Portland. Our musical theater program gives students the opportunity to learn from experienced performing arts professionals while working together to produce a polished, stage-ready production they can feel proud of. Throughout the rehearsal process, students build skills in singing, acting, choreography, and character development, while also gaining confidence, strengthening public speaking abilities, and learning the fundamentals of stage performance. At FD&D, we believe musical theater is about more than putting on a show — it’s about confidence-building, creativity, teamwork, and joyful self-expression. CLASS SESSION $250 (10 weeks) INCLUDES MATERIAL FEE: YOU WILL GET TO KEEP A COSTUME SHIRT! IT COMES WITH THE CLASS! Are you ready to ROCK! Learn the basic techniques of dance and how to move to the beat. Funky Divas & Dudes promotes a healthy lifestyle through fun, physical activity that encourages self expression through music and movement. Learn hip dance routines, get great exercise, listen to your favorite songs and have fun in our weekly Hip-Hop dance class with your besties! A performance will be given on the last day of class so your family & friends can see you ROCK OUT! Dress comfy and wear sneakers. Bring a labeled water bottle. Cheerleaders will get to perform their new moves for family and friends! Each squad member will get to keep a set of pom poms. Go Lions! Dress comfy and wear tennis shoes.
