***For Thales Academy Cary Students ONLY*** Participants will role-play the key responsibilities of a veterinarian and learn how to care for a cat. These future veterinarians will learn how to remove ticks, perform a nose-to- tail exam, understand proper animal nutrition and hydration, suture lacerations, and more!

***For Thales Academy Raleigh Students ONLY*** Students will conduct an in-depth analysis of a sea turtle, learning details about different types of sea turtles and will even adopt their very own plush sea turtle. As a class, students will work together to rescue, rehabilitate and release a Leatherback sea turtle. The class culminates with the sea turtle release as the students graduate from Little Medical School as Little Marine Biologists.

During Crazy Dash of Raleigh, you'll use an app and walk through the city to collect points by finding items around the city and performing challenges. You can find the items in any order you want. Raleigh's historic Oakwood and North Blount neighborhoods are famous for their array of fascinating historic houses, displaying a multitude of historic architectural styles from the late 19th to early 20th centuries. Your pedicab tour of downtown Raleigh usually takes about 90 minutes (minimum). (PLEASE NOTE!: I have only one pedicab, so please do not double-book for your family or group.) The tour can be customized to your interest. Learn about the history and sights of the area. Where you stop and for how long is determined by you in consultation with your guide/driver. The pedicab is designed with the passengers seated in front of the driver for an unobstructed view. The average tour covers a distance of 5-6 miles. (ATTENTION: The seat is 39 inches wide. You can book for 2 adults but have a 3rd passenger, IF it is a child and you CAN all fit comfortably!)
