Mary studied percussion performance at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. As a Merit Scholarship Recipient, she studied percussion under the tutelage of William Moersch and Ricardo Flores. Preceding her years at the University, she studied with Walt Schneider for 6 years. Mary is experienced in performing a wide array of styles such as classical percussion, contemporary, Latin, jazz, and many more. Professionally, Mary has performed with the Sinfonia da Camera, the Champaign-Urbana Symphony Orchestra, and the Fox Valley Symphony Orchestra.
