If you exceed the weight limit, but meet the physical requirements and can comfortably participate, we may be able to accomidate you as a single rider for a double booking fee. Take a glimpse into the traditional life of a sleddog in Interior Alaska. The lineage of these dogs traces back to when the first Native Alaskans/Inuit people inhabited the Arctic. We also have dogs from the Canadian/Greenland Arctic regions and promote the subsistence lifestyle of those Arctic cultures. These dogs will show you what they have been born and bred to do as pack animals, while we have been stewards of their care for the past centuries, maintaining this heritage. Hike with Siberian Huskies through the boreal forest of Interior Alaska. After a brief tour of the homestead, we will visit the dog yard and you will meet your hiking partner. You will learn to harness your husky, and then together we will embark on a nature walk through the old growth boreal forest that surrounds the homestead. We will point out wildflowers, trees, and animals on our walk up to the top of the ridge, where vast panoramic views of the Chatanika River Valley and the White Mountains await.  We will sit on top of the ridge and enjoy a home-baked snack and a hot drink before we descend back down through the cranberry bushes and ferns to the kennel. Arctic Dog Adventure Co. is the first certified eco tourism dog sled company in Alaska. Start the day off with a scenic drive with a great chance to view wild life, stop at angel rocks for a moderate 2 mile hike with extremely rewarding views. Along the route observe lots of fona and flora, your guide will provide bug spray, water, and snack bar. The top of Angel Rocks is an excellent photo opportunity. After completing the hike and returning to the van we will continue on to Chena Hot springs to visit the stunning Ice museum followed by a relaxing soak in the Natural Hot Springs.

Our tour begins with pickup from major hotels in downtown Fairbanks. After about a 30-minute drive, we arrive at our office, Aurora Sphere. There, you’ll gear up with helmets and other equipment before setting off on brand-new Yamaha snowmobiles, led by a professional guide. You’ll ride through snow-covered birch and Christmas tree forests, along a section of the Alaska oil pipeline, and by the Chena River. The total riding time is about one hour.whole tour time are about 2 hours

We have a brand new luxury Jeep Grand Wagoneer with triple sunroofs and a Polaris UTV. We can get you where you need to be without a bunch of hiking. You'll be fine on our tours even if you're older than us!! We can tour the beautiful Highways, take a UTV into the wilderness or hang-out in our duck blind on a very secluded lake. It's up to you! We give you many options and the choice of who goes with you. Where else can you that?
