She began playing drums at the age of 11 and continued her education by practicing and joining bands. Her musical influences include classic rock, 90s rock the grunge groups, alt rock, and progressive rock. Katherine's favorite thing about music is writing and being in a band and her favorite thing about teaching music is helping someone develop their own style. One of her favorite teaching experiences was teaching a student how to play "Superstition" by Stevie Wonder. When taking lessons with Katherine you can expect it to be easy-going and fun. I have recording experience too. Experience Teaching: I taught at High St Music in Pottstown for a year. I taught someone privately for a short time. And I subbed at school of rock once.
