Yellowstone National Park is one of America’s great treasures. This full day safari will show off the highlights of this incredible place; volcanic thermal features, giant waterfalls, diverse wildlife, the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, and Yellowstone Lake. Throughout the day we will drive scenic roads, walk historic boardwalks, enjoy the peace of natural landscapes and use our optics to view wildlife. Your guide is your driver, and their goal is to cover as many of Yellowstone’s famous features as they can in a day. The guides at Yellowstone Safari Co. will make every effort to showcase as many highlights as possible, and will structure the day around making your experience a memorable one. They will take current road conditions, weather, seasonality, and your personal interests into consideration as they move through the park. These tours are from 2 person self guided inflatable kayaks.These are what we at Red Canyon call Double Duckies or for some people Divorce Duckies lol!This lets you experience the excitement of a kayak but with a bit more stability.If you’re interested in intermediate kayaking you’re and looking for excitement then this maybe the way to go.Before we take off for this exciting adventure you’ll be given safety instructions and the equipment needed for this 7 mile adventure.The Shoshone River is filled with stunning scenery and cool rock formations as well as an abundant amount of wildlife.We ask our little “Duckies” to stay close to the leader in either a raft or kayak and you’ll be given the proper information to go through rapids such as”Colters Falls” and “Little Big Drop” before you go through.Safety always comes first at Red Canyon so we ask our guests to please listen to the instructions of the guides.

Join us for an exciting afternoon of family friendly whitewater rafting adventures on the stunning Shoshone River located in Cody Wyoming.On our 7 mile (Approximately 2hour) tour you’ll enjoy a rollercoaster of exciting family friendly rapids such as at “Little Big Drop” and “Colters Falls” as you visit amazing canyons that can only be seen from the river.Your professional yet fun guide provides you with fun old mountain man tales and historic facts about Jeremiah Johnston,Jim Bridger,John Colter and Buffalo Bill Cody as you search for wildlife and just take in the scenery of the river.This tour meets at our shop located right downtown Cody Wyoming located next to the historic Irma Hotel at 2:45 and returns at approximately 5:00PM.
