Introducing our FUNdamentals class, the perfect way to kickstart your child’s gymnastics journey! Designed specifically for preschoolers, this class fosters confidence, patience, control, and coordination, using fun, age-appropriate gymnastics equipment. Through engaging circuits and drills, your little ones will develop fine motor skills while discovering the excitement of being a budding gymnast! Here’s what our young athletes will work on: Strength & Flexibility: Building a strong foundation for gymnastics. Gymnastics Body Positions: Learning shapes and colors to help reinforce body awareness. Tumbl Trak: Practicing jumps, body control, proper landing, and beginner tumbling. Vault: Mastering running, jumping, and body positions on the springboard. Floor: Introduction to forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, and cartwheel basics. Bars: Focusing on grip strength, chin holds, L-holds, front supports, and more! Beam: Balance, walks, jumps, and beginner skills on the beam. Ropes & Rings: Swinging and holding for core strength. *All activities are tailored to your child’s skill level to ensure a fun and safe learning experience. Classes are drop-off only, but you can reserve your spot to observe by emailing us!*

Make Up Policy Email registration@flipoutproductions.com to schedule your make up class We allow 1 make up classes per session. Make up classes MUST be completed before the last day of the session - they do not carry over to the next session. Make up classes are non-transferable, and non-refundable Refund Policy There are no refunds or credits for cancellations or missed classes. Email to schedule a make up class or reschedule your session to a different day and time. Rescheduling is based upon class availability and not guaranteed. Dresscode: Leotard or form fitting shorts/pants and a tucked in top Long hair must be pulled back before class Water bottle labelled with athlete’s name Shoes and socks must be removed before class begins Please no jewelry, skirts, dresses, or tights Covid-19 Shutdown Updates In an event of a shutdown - classes will go virtual on Zoom Missed classes due to a COVID-19 shutdown are non-transferable, and non-refundable No credits will be given due to a COVID-19 shutdown
