Very Experienced Pet Sitter
I have worked in an animal hospital as a veterinary assistant and kennel attendant for 4+ years. I also worked as an Animal Control Officer, and have fostered and adopted out over 300 dogs and cats over the past 10 years. I have dog and cat sit many times over the years (have done overnight, long term sitting as well as daily visits). I was a Wildlife Biology minor in college, studied wildlife in South Africa, and completed an extensive dog training and behavior course. I can administer medicine, fluids, clip nails and bottle feed, you name it!

Animals and kids warm my soul! I would love to take care of your unconditional companion. I'm an active individual, and I've owned dogs my entire life. I recently finished working at All Breed Rescue in Williston, Vermont, where I learned how to properly care for ~40 dogs at a time. I know how to walk, feed, and medicate dogs properly, as well as give them the affection they crave. I also have some experience in grooming. I can guarantee your pet will be safe and sound in experienced hands. I am available for overnight dog-sitting as well as regular walking, sitting, and/or grooming.

I have experience with caring for dogs big and small, sometimes overnight. I have three cats, and experience with special needs pets. We also own chickens, so I know that whole deal, and I have owned or cared for other reptiles, rodents, and birds.

On top of my personal experience of owning and caring for both cats and a dog, I have various experience taking care of pets for friends, family, and neighbors. I am experienced in caring for animals in their own homes; overnight and daytime check-ins. I love dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I care for dogs and cats most frequently, but have also cared for a bearded dragon, hamster, and hedgehog. Your pet deserves more than just a refill on food and water, so I always make sure to leave time for some play and/or cuddles.

I have watched a 2-year-old, extremely energetic black lab. I watched this dog overnight for 3 days and was responsible for walking, feeding, and bathing the dog. I have also had golden retrievers since I was a baby so I have had experience with bigger dogs all of my life.

I am a sophomore student at the University of Vermont studying Mechanical Engineering. Last year I was an animal science major on a pre-veterinary track, however, I am still involved in my pre-vet club and have a lot of animal experience. Ever since I can remember I have been caring for the dogs and cats in my neighborhood, ranging from quick check-ins to give animals bathroom breaks, to pet walking, to overnight stays when families are on vacation. Over the summer I worked 40 hours a week at the Tufts Veterinary School's Wildlife Clinic providing care and medicine to wild animals as well as gaining experience in the large/small animal hospital across the street. Animals are my passion, and I still hope to pursue a veterinary career after I graduate if it seems like the right path for me. I have grown up with all kinds of animals, so I have a wide range of experience particularly with dogs and cats. Looking for a part-time job in between classes or occasional overnight stays.

Full-Time Nanny Available
Avg response < 11 hrs
I have been babysitting for about 14 years and became a full-time nanny a few years ago. I cared for 2 children ages 1 and 3 (ages when I began) and absolutely adore them! Some of my duties included cooking, light housekeeping, after school pickup, transportation to/from after school activities, arranging play dates and house/dog sitting while family was out of town. Both children are now in school full-time and the need for a full time nanny isn't necessary. However, I still see have a great relationship with them and help out with date nights and school pick-ups occasionally. I have experience in ages ranging from 1 -12 years and I find that working with children is one of the most exciting and rewarding ways to spend my time. I grew up in Stowe, VT, love animals, enjoy cooking/baking, doing arts and crafts, playing board games, reading books and especially love the outdoors.
