We have a very spirited 2 yr old who is super independent. She can change her own pull up and only need help when it's a number 2. We aren't interested in help with potty training. Our 3 yr old is potty trained during the day and wears pull-ups to sleep. He is soft spoken and patience is need when working with him. If you take the time he will blossom. He is due to have speech therapy to expand his speech. Our 5 yr old loves animals and exploring outdoors. He is very sensitive and responds well to a gentle approach. However he will walk all over a doormat so there's a definite balance needed. We find it's best to limit tv to the minimum. He and the oldest homeschools Mon tues Wednesday and thurs. Our 7 yr old is the ring leader of the bunch. All of the children look up to her and she drives the direction of play. Our ideal caregiver: Ideally I like someone to help us who is will to keep an open mind when it comes to runnings of the home. We'd like someone who is firm but gentle when setting limits with the children. Flexibility when it comes to scheduling would be great. Someone who can take direction and is a team player. We have a big family and need someone who can jump in and help without needing too much guidance. Additional needs include light housekeeping, having a reliable car, being comfortable with pets and a non-smoker. We could use help with structuring activities. Looking for a caregiver for my 2-year-old daughter, 3-year-old son, 5-year-old son, and 7-year-old daughter. I'm expecting! Flexible start date. My schedule may vary.
