Danielle is an awesome care giver and any family would be blessed to have her. It's never easy trusting a "stranger" to care for your children, but from the first conversation I was immediately put at ease. She is patient, dependable and treated my girls like her own. She was creative with activities and always had some sort of small surprise or treat for the girls when they did well in school. She was excellent with checking in throughout her shift. I would definitely hire her again.

Hi! My name is Taylor, and I'm a recent graduate of James Madison University! I am looking for part-time work before I move to Texas for grad school in August. For the past two summers, I was an infant teacher at a daycare and throughout the school year, the babies in my class ranged from 8 weeks to 11 months. I absolutely love working with infants and toddlers! I've also been babysitting since I was 11, and have watched children ranging from the age of 1 month to 9 years. I have experience working with children with special needs, and I am a leader back home, and hope to be involved at school as well. I am comfortable with pets, as I have two dogs at home. As for childcare, I am comfortable with pretty much whatever needs to be taken care of! I can help with mealtime, bedtime, and playtime, as well as cleaning up around the house if need be. Thanks for reading, and I hope to be in contact with you soon!!

I can not recommend Taylor enough! We met her as our daughter's infant daycare teacher and then hired her for babysitting. She has even done over-night babysitting/house sitting for an entire weekend for our daughter while we attended a wedding. Taylor comes prepared with activities that are age appropriate and understands the importance of checking in with parents to keep their nerves at ease. Taylor has no issues catering to a child's unique dietary needs or toting them around town in a car seat to run errands. You can enjoy your time away if you hire her knowing your kids are probably having more fun with Taylor than they do with you!

Part-Time Caregiver

I'm a 21-year-old college student at William & Mary in Virginia. I grew up in Maine and often return there in the winter and summer months. I have 4 siblings, two of which are much younger than me and I was responsible for quite often when I lived at home. My oldest brother has three young children and I have been part of their lives since their births. I love spending time with them and watching each of them become their own person. I grew up in Cumberland and recently got my Limited Master license with the US Coast Guard and now work as a launch driver at the Portland Yacht Club. I enjoy outdoor activities and sports, and I love puzzles, board games, and coloring. A few years ago I studied abroad in Italy, and I speak English and am proficient in Spanish and Italian. Growing up, we always had pets in the house, so in my opinion, the more the merrier. My schedule is relatively flexible, and easy to adjust to accommodate your needs. I look forward to meeting your family!

We have loved having Caroline working with our family. I would recommend her to anyone as I fully trust her with our children. She uses caution during the pandemic to keep our family safe. I can rely on her to be here on time and she is always willing to step in and help out on days she doesn't typically work. She plays with or reads to our children the entire time she's here.
