Facility is in a great location and wonderful residents, but Upper Management could fix, clean and repair things better. This is a for profit facility not non-profit, management is making money, but not spending on facility. Site management and Regional management are very unfriendly and at times rude to elderly residents. My elderly friend lived there and told some stories. Employees leave like a revolving door due to management.
