About the business
Hello, my name is Gina. I have been a licensed teacher for the state of Virginia, am licensed through social services and have over 20 years of early childhood care experience. I have a 14-year-old son and 17-year-old daughter. I have owned my own home child care business and I have taught as a preschool teacher outside of my home. I went back to school to try my hand at teaching high school history and social studies but after my first year teaching realized my heart is in early child hood. So I now own and operate Town Center Childcare out of my home. This is an intimate home child care setting with one adult (that's me!) to a maximum of 7 kids - a perfect environment for building close relationships that will enable growth and learning. My son and I absolutely love Ms. Gina and her family! She was always so professional, responsiveness, attentive and supportive over the years. I cannot imagine how I would of coped without knowing that my son was in a safe, educational and fun place every day. What he learned with Ms. Gina, as well as the warmth and respect that he was shown, has enabled him to be outgoing, independent and respectful of others. I am so proud of him and thankful to Ms. Gina and her family for their continued support, help and guidance over the years. Ms. Gina also goes on amazing field trips with the kids, always had them outside playing (whether permitting) and had great activities planned like playing in the sprinkler, jumping in a bouncy house and so many other great activities! I recommend Town Center Childcare and Ms. Gina to absolutely everyone!

We love Gina and her family! They are amazing with our daughter and I am very sad that she is not licensed for infants But we will be back once the baby is old enough! She is amazing and my three year old has learned so much from her!
