We are a private home individual residential home care facility ( HIC - 2 BED ) in Henderson Nevada. Sophia's Home Care offers affordable in-home care services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in our facility. We have two private rooms. Each patient has private room, a couple or relatives can share a room. We are a high level care facility.

What is a Home for Individual Residential Care (HIRC)

A Home for Individual Residential Care (HIRC) is the smallest, most versatile and private of allresidential care facilities. Located in licensed private residences and limited to 2 beds, they allow for exceptional personal attention to the needs and desires of residents. Caregiver(s) are present 24/7 to meet the resident's needs with a caregiver-to-resident ratio of at least 1-to-2. Care is provided in a safe, comfortable and home-like environment. A HIRC may accept residents having a wide variety of conditions which could include, but are not limited to mild dementia, to persons who are non-ambulatory, those receiving hospice services, or those who have veteran benefits, etc. Of all the licensed facilities, this venue is the closest to actually being home. <br/> We provide trustworthy, kindhearted, senior care services in our in - home care facility. All caregivers are certified, thoroughly screened, extensively trained, professional, and reliable. They observe how conditions affect the senior, recognize changes that may occur, daily report and record information relevant to care. Managing behaviors, encouraging engagement, assisting with activities of Daily Living, keeping you or your loved one safe. <br/> Our home care service offers an affordable alternative to institutional care providing care for seniors. Caring for loved ones can be emotionally challenging and physically exhausting. We are here to provide all the care service and assistance needed, give you break or your loved one need.
